Diagnostic Schedule
Our health-checks are performed by one of our in-house engineers, we do not subcontract out any work. Our comprehensive schedule includes 50 tests, some of the checks that they will perform are listed below. A full network health-check usually lasts about 4 hours, once the diagnostic has been completed we can arrange to discuss any issues that we have identified and recommended solutions.
Servers
- Sufficient storage space on the disks and are defragmented
- Sufficient virtual memory

- All current security patches been applied
- Review of the Event logs
